6. User Responsibility and Consent

By submitting information to TapMeForLife, you represent that you have the right and permission to provide that information (including information about emergency contacts, guardians, doctors, or other persons).

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law or good practice before uploading third-party personal information.

7. Data Accuracy and Updates

Users are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate and up to date. TapMeForLife is not responsible for any harm, delay, or loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading user-provided information.

8. Data Security

TapMeForLife may use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect stored data; however, no method of storage, transmission, or internet-based service is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

TapMeForLife may retain account information, profile data, logs, and related records for as long as necessary for operational, backup, security, administrative, or legal reasons, subject to the discretion of the platform owner or administrator.

12. Disclosure and Legal Requests

TapMeForLife may disclose data if required by law, legal process, lawful request, security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect rights, safety, and operations of the Service or others.

13. No Sale Guarantee Statement (Platform-Level Clarification)

TapMeForLife is intended as an emergency profile and NFC-link service. While platform operators may choose not to sell user data, users should assume that any information intentionally made public on a profile page is accessible to anyone with the link or NFC/QR access.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
